About LSI Keyword Research

LSI Keyword Research is a free tool built and operated by Semalt, an SEO company founded in 2013 and headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine, with offices in the UK, Georgia, and Uruguay. Semalt runs AutoSEO and FullSEO campaigns, Search Console and SERP analytics, and AI-visibility tracking for 25,000+ active clients and 650,000+ registered users — this tool is a small, free slice of the same keyword-research infrastructure.

Founded 2013

Twelve years building SEO and analytics products, not a one-off script.

120+ team members

Dedicated SEO, engineering, and data teams behind the platform this tool runs on.

25,000+ clients

The same keyword and clustering methods run at scale across Semalt's paid SEO campaigns.

How it works

A seed phrase is expanded via Google Autocomplete; a domain is crawled and its keyphrases extracted with YAKE, then expanded the same way. Every candidate is embedded with a multilingual sentence-transformer model and grouped by meaning using agglomerative clustering — full detail is in the FAQ on the homepage.

Data handling

Seed phrases and domains you submit are processed to generate your results and kept so the job page stays reachable later — the last 15 jobs (yours and everyone else's) are listed on the homepage under "Recent jobs." Don't submit anything confidential, since it isn't private. Result pages are marked noindex so search engines don't index them.
